Cedar Caravans

Cedar Caravans, based in Epping, Victoria, Australia, has garnered a reputation for producing quality caravans tailored to diverse travel needs. Customer feedback highlights the brand's commitment to detail and customer service. One owner of the Cedar Evoke model praised the caravan's meticulous craftsmanship and the attentive service provided by staff members Abdul and Sandy, noting that "nothing was too much trouble."

Another satisfied customer, who embarked on a six-month journey through the Kimberley and Gibb River regions, reported zero issues with their 18'8 Max-Trax model, recommending Cedar Caravans to those seeking a reliable off-road caravan.

However, some customers have encountered challenges. A reviewer at Filey Bay Caravans in North Yorkshire, England, expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of a Cedar Woods caravan, citing issues such as green algae on the exterior, cobwebs and bugs in the French doors, and a side unit lacking veneer and showing stains.

Additionally, discussions on various forums suggest that while Cedar Caravans generally receive positive feedback, some owners have reported quality concerns. For instance, a user on the iRV2 forums mentioned serious issues with their trailer shortly after delivery, indicating potential inconsistencies in quality control.

In summary, Cedar Caravans is recognised for its well-built caravans and attentive customer service. While many owners report positive experiences, some have encountered quality issues. Prospective buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect the caravan and consult recent customer reviews to ensure the model meets their expectations.
