Nextgen

Nextgen Caravans, established in 2019, has quickly gained attention in the Australian caravan market for its innovative designs and commitment to quality. Their caravans are constructed using advanced composite materials, including fully welded aluminium frames and high-density XPS foam, ensuring durability and insulation. The integration of Pedders TrakRyder 4x4 heavy-duty independent suspension underscores their focus on off-road capability.

Customer feedback on Nextgen Caravans is mixed. Positive reviews often highlight the caravans' robust construction and off-road performance. For instance, one owner reported that their Nextgen van performed as well as, if not better than, more expensive models on dirt roads.

However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding after-sales service and warranty processes. One review noted difficulties in obtaining timely repairs for a water leak, leading to frustration with the warranty service.

In summary, while Nextgen Caravans offers well-constructed vehicles with strong off-road capabilities, potential buyers should be aware of varying experiences with customer service and warranty support. It's advisable to thoroughly research and consider these factors when evaluating a Nextgen caravan for purchase.
