Windsor

Windsor Caravans, established in Australia, has been crafting recreational vehicles for decades, earning a reputation for quality and innovation. Their range includes the Genesis touring series and the Wild semi-off-road series, both designed to meet diverse adventuring needs. Manufactured at Apollo's Brisbane facility, Windsor caravans are built to withstand Australian conditions, featuring robust exteriors and comfortable interiors. Each model comes with a comprehensive 5-3-3 warranty, covering structural integrity, body and interior, and roadside assistance.

Customer feedback on Windsor caravans is mixed. Many owners praise the modern design, quality construction, and attentive customer service. For instance, one reviewer expressed satisfaction with their purchase, highlighting the caravan's stylish design and top-notch features.

However, some customers have reported issues. A Queensland woman, for example, secured a full refund for a defective Windsor Genesis 220MD caravan, citing multiple significant defects, including a faulty water tank and damaged flooring.

Additionally, discussions on forums reveal concerns about warranty support. One user reported difficulties with warranty claims, including issues with water tanks and window mechanisms, and expressed frustration with the dealer and Windsor's responsiveness.

In summary, while Windsor Caravans offers well-designed and constructed vehicles with a solid warranty, potential buyers should be aware of occasional quality control issues and varying experiences with customer service. It's advisable to thoroughly inspect any caravan and ensure clear communication with the dealer regarding warranty terms before making a purchase.
