Austrack Campers

Austrack Campers, an Australian company with over 17 years in the camping industry, is renowned for producing durable camper trailers and hybrid campers tailored to the diverse Australian landscape. Their commitment to quality and innovation is evident in features like standard lithium batteries and integrated wireless phone chargers.

Customer feedback highlights a mix of experiences. Many appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly at the Newcastle showroom, and commend the comprehensive handover process. For instance, a customer praised the Newcastle team for their assistance and product knowledge, expressing high satisfaction with their Tanami X15A purchase.

However, some customers have reported post-purchase challenges, notably with after-sales service. Issues such as malfunctioning air conditioning, interior defects, and difficulties in warranty support have been mentioned. One customer recounted multiple problems with a new hybrid camper and described the service and warranty manager's response as unsatisfactory, leading to trip cancellations and frustration.

Prospective buyers should weigh these varied experiences, considering both the company's innovative offerings and the reported after-sales service concerns, to make an informed decision.
