    Description

Concept Caravans, established in 2004, has built a reputation for crafting innovative and stylish caravans tailored to diverse traveller needs. Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024, the company continues to offer a range of models, including the RS Off Road and Ascot series, designed for both weekend getaways and extended journeys.

Customer feedback on Concept Caravans is predominantly positive. Many owners commend the build quality and design, highlighting the comfort and functionality of their caravans. For instance, one customer noted, "The quality of the caravan is great and it meets all of my expectations."

However, some customers have reported challenges with post-purchase service. A review from December 2018 mentioned issues with cleanliness upon delivery and delays in addressing repairs, leading to dissatisfaction with the service department.

In summary, while Concept Caravans is celebrated for its quality and design, prospective buyers should be aware of potential inconsistencies in after-sales service. Engaging directly with the company or authorised dealers is advisable to ensure a satisfactory ownership experience.
