Clients commend Evolution Caravans for their willingness to accommodate specific requirements, resulting in caravans that meet unique needs. For instance, the Coopers, a family with a member using a wheelchair, expressed gratitude for the custom design that allowed them to embrace the RV lifestyle.

However, some customers have reported challenges with the quality and after-sales service of their caravans. One review detailed issues with water tanks leaking, necessitating multiple returns for repairs, and highlighted concerns about the company's responsiveness to warranty claims.

In summary, Evolution Caravans is celebrated for its bespoke designs, particularly for those requiring wheelchair accessibility.
