New Age Caravans

New Age Caravans, established in 2008, is an Australian manufacturer renowned for producing a diverse range of caravans, from compact camper trailers to luxurious models. The company prides itself on its Australian-made products, employing over 180 staff across two factories in Epping, Victoria, and sourcing quality Australian-made parts for its caravans.

Customer feedback on New Age Caravans is generally positive, with many owners praising the build quality and innovative designs. For instance, a customer from Takalvans described their experience as "impeccable," highlighting the professionalism and customer service received during the purchase of a Manta Ray model.

However, some customers have reported issues with after-sales service and the durability of certain components. There have been instances where owners experienced difficulties with warranty claims and the responsiveness of customer support. Additionally, a few users have noted that certain models may not be as robust as expected for off-road conditions.

In summary, New Age Caravans offers a variety of well-constructed caravans that appeal to many travellers. Prospective buyers should consider the specific model's suitability for their intended use and be aware of potential variations in after-sales support. Engaging with current owners and thoroughly reviewing warranty terms can provide valuable insights before making a purchase.
