Outback Campers, established in 1968, is an Australian manufacturer renowned for producing durable and affordable off-road camper trailers. Their Sturt model, for instance, is crafted from 1.6mm BlueScope steel and features a slide-out stainless steel kitchen, a 100L water tank, and a 12V battery system. The setup process is straightforward, typically taking between five to ten minutes.
Customer feedback on Outback Campers is generally positive. Many owners commend the build quality and value for money. For example, one customer expressed being "blown away by the quality and durability" of their camping trailer, highlighting the company's "outstanding" customer service.
However, some reviews indicate areas for improvement. A customer reported a negative experience with customer service, describing it as "non-existent" and noting that the staff were "extremely rude, arrogant and liars when it comes to service."
In summary, Outback Campers offers robust and cost-effective camper trailers suitable for off-road adventures. While many customers praise the product quality and value, it's advisable to consider the mixed reviews regarding customer service when making a purchasing decision.
