Prime Edge Caravans

Prime Edge Caravans, established in 2016 by brothers Vlad and Nick Suplinovski, has swiftly gained recognition in the Australian caravan industry. With over 20 years of experience each, they transitioned from manufacturing benchtops to producing their own line of caravans. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Epping, Victoria, Prime Edge offers a diverse range of models, including the TourX, Adventurer, Odyssey, and Xplorer, catering to both on-road and off-road enthusiasts.

Customer feedback highlights the brand's commitment to quality and innovation. The Odyssey ATX 21ft model, for instance, has been praised for its robust construction, featuring an aluminium frame and one-piece fibreglass roof, ensuring durability on challenging terrains. Reviewers have also commended the ample external storage options and the advanced airbag suspension system, which contributes to a smooth towing experience.

However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the availability of spare parts and the responsiveness of after-sales support. While Prime Edge offers a two-year warranty on factory workmanship and a five-year warranty on the chassis and structure, some owners have reported delays in obtaining necessary components for maintenance. Additionally, a few have noted that the initial delivery timelines were longer than anticipated.

In summary, Prime Edge Caravans is a reputable manufacturer known for its sturdy and well-designed caravans, suitable for various travel needs. Prospective buyers should consider the brand's strong build quality and innovative features, while also being mindful of potential delays in spare parts availability and after-sales service responsiveness.
