Tru Blu Caravans, established in 1999, is an Australian family-owned company renowned for designing and manufacturing quality camper trailers and canvas products. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their mission to "help customers maximise their enjoyment of the great outdoors" by providing quality products using the latest manufacturing techniques.
Customer feedback on Tru Blu Caravans is predominantly positive. Many clients commend the company's dedication to quality and customer service. For instance, one reviewer noted that the camper was "clean, comfortable, and well-equipped," and praised the staff for being "friendly and helpful."
However, some customers have reported minor issues. One user mentioned that the toolbox allowed some dust to enter, and the canvas work could have been more refined, with concerns about hems and eyelet reinforcements.
Overall, Tru Blu Caravans is a reputable manufacturer known for quality products and attentive customer service. While most feedback is positive, it's advisable to inspect the camper thoroughly and discuss any specific concerns with the manufacturer before making a purchase.
