Just Brilliant Adventures are 2 ex Defence members travelling the country in their Ram 3500 with a Titanium 23 ft van.
They don’t do click bait or stuff for views.
They are fully informative and do not push hidden engenders.
These guys are down to earth, funny, and a pleasant breath of fresh air.
Sadly some of these links don’t work.
But that’s ok I have a few new adventures to follow now.
Love all the content and pictures.
2 Ageing Aussies – These guys are real, nothing fancy, not sponsored by anyone and they just love to show off this amazing country, not every little thing they do. Their YouTube’s may not be as well edited as others but the content is great, they love to take the p**s out of each other. Go check them out

We watch about 6 or so of these creators. TIAV, Wild Touring…but our favourite is Our Australia Trip.
We have a 2016 New Age Big Red. Retirees travelling more this year. We have used the YT advice on places to go, what to-do and not. But mostly accessories, packing, essentials and the like. We have done close to 20,000km in our van now in 3 years. It’s spacious for 2 travellers, especially the club lounge. Can’t wait to do some longer trips in the next few years. Thanks
Thanks so much for your support from Our Salty Life. We love this way of life and hope to inspire others along the way.
Missed wild Touring, Cam Wild and family doing a lap. By far the best content on YouTube for families
Totally agree. Wild Touring is missing. I was disappointed that they weren’t on the list.
Love Mr & Mrs B, Amanda & Dave Good Different Adventures.
If you’re looking for a YouTube channel that truly captures the essence of Australian travel, look no further than Good Different Adventures.. This Aussie couple takes viewers on an incredible journey across the continent, showcasing the stunning diversity of Australia’s landscapes, from the red dirt of the Outback to the pristine coastlines.
What sets this channel apart is their authentic and relatable approach. They don’t shy away from the realities of caravan life – the challenges, the unexpected detours, and the sometimes-finicky nature of living on wheels – but they always do so with a great sense of humour and a positive attitude. You’ll feel like you’re right there with them, experiencing every breathtaking view and every minor mishap.
Their vlogs are beautifully shot, offering cinematic views of iconic landmarks and hidden gems alike. They provide practical tips on everything from finding the best free camps and caravan parks to maintaining their rig on the road, making it an invaluable resource for aspiring caravanners. Beyond the practicalities, they share their genuine excitement and appreciation for the places they visit, often delving into local history or sharing personal anecdotes that add depth to their adventures.
Whether you’re dreaming of your own Australian road trip, or simply want to experience the beauty of this vast country from the comfort of your home, this channel offers an engaging and inspiring escape. It’s more than just travel vlogs; it’s a window into a lifestyle that celebrates freedom, exploration, and the incredible natural wonders of Australia.
Love following Good Different Adventures and Five down under.

Hi Guys,
We’re Steve and Marg from Gibbo’s Road Trip Adventures and would love you all to check out our YouTube channel. We love a good off grid adventure, including some delicious original camp cooking and finding places less populated. We love a good road trip and like most people who watch YouTube, get on the road when we can and are happy to share our discoveries and experiences with you.
Regardless whether you follow all the big guys doesn’t really matter, as they will appear in your news feed anyway. What we suggest is, try checking out the smaller channels and if you like their content, help them out by subscribing. There are so many entertaining YouTubers out there just waiting for you to join them.
Happy travels!
Cheers
Marg & Steve
Missed off Wild Touring – Cam, Tiff and the kids. Best by far. Some good one’s listed also, but also some that drive me insane, not naming names though. Each to their own.
